Mindera is hiring an Engineering Manager / Technical Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of an engineering team, deliver high-quality software solutions, mentor engineers, collaborate with product management and design, and improve engineering processes. The role requires software engineering leadership, Java and JavaScript knowledge, distributed-systems expertise with GraphQL, cloud technology experience, and Agile development experience. The position may be based in Mindera’s offices in Porto, Aveiro, Coimbra, Leicester, Los Angeles, Chennai, Bengaluru, or Cluj-Napoca, with remote work also available.
