Description
Mirion Technologies is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead engineering development, manufacturing, and supply-chain processes for hardware products. The role manages 8–10 engineers and 2–3 technicians, oversees project scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and continuous improvement, and supports reliability testing, failure analysis, VAVE, design for manufacturing and test, prototyping, troubleshooting, and regulatory documentation. The position requires advanced electrical engineering knowledge, a BS or graduate degree, 12+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or 9+ years with a graduate degree, and the ability to obtain a security clearance.
