Mollie is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a growing team of application engineers and define the technical roadmap for its products. The role combines hands-on engineering leadership with strategic technical decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, product strategy, team development, and delivery of scalable and reliable systems. Candidates should have at least two years of experience managing multidisciplinary teams, strong technical expertise in large-scale distributed systems or complex technical transitions, and experience building scalable full-stack products, preferably on JVM or PHP.
