Description
Mrsool is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead 8–10 engineers building and operating high-scale, real-time marketplace systems for ordering, dispatch, payments, and user and courier experiences. The role combines people leadership with hands-on technical direction, data-driven experimentation, applied data science and machine learning partnership, distributed systems architecture, operational reliability, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates need 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years managing engineering teams, strong backend and distributed-systems expertise, analytical and statistical skills, and a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or an equivalent technical field.
