NALA is seeking an Engineering Manager to join their Rafiki Engineering team. The role involves driving delivery, process, and people management within the squad, ensuring alignment between product and engineering, and supporting individual growth. The manager will translate business requirements into technical solutions, collaborate with various teams, and contribute as an internal contributor. This role focuses on direct line management of 4-8 engineers, requiring deep knowledge of engineering output calibration, structured people processes, initiative decomposition, and sufficient Go experience.
