NETGEAR is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the development of its Enterprise Access Point product line. The role manages and mentors firmware and systems engineers, provides technical direction and architecture guidance, owns release schedules and deliverables, and collaborates with product management, QA, systems, operations, manufacturing, and other teams. Responsibilities include ensuring code and design quality, driving root-cause analysis, and advancing Wi-Fi 7 hardware and software products through development and mass production. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field, at least 13 years of networking or embedded systems development experience, and at least 3 years of engineering team management experience.
