Description
NexHealth is hiring an Engineering Manager to build and scale foundational healthcare platforms, including data infrastructure, APIs, payments, and patient-facing systems. The role will hire and develop engineers, establish technical standards and engineering processes, partner with product and engineering leadership on platform roadmaps, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives. It is based in Toronto or Vancouver with a hybrid work model and requires at least 6 years of engineering-team leadership experience and 8 years of software engineering experience. The base salary is CAD 218,000–263,000, with medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
