Description
Nitro is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead front-end, back-end, and QA engineers responsible for developing and delivering its Sign product, APIs, and integrations. The role focuses on engineering leadership, team performance, software delivery quality, customer-centric product development, Agile/Scrum practices, modern development workflows, stakeholder communication, risk management, and alignment with product and business strategy. It is a hybrid role with three in-office days and two remote days weekly at Nitro offices in Toronto, Dublin, Antwerp, Porto, or Melbourne.
