nVent is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the onsite Mechanical and Electrical engineering organization in Millington, Maryland. The role oversees engineering resources and initiatives, supports the Engineered To Order process, provides technical and strategic leadership, coaches engineering leadership, develops training programs, coordinates offshore and contract engineering resources, and drives quality, delivery, efficiency, and continuous improvement. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related area, 7+ years of relevant technical experience, and 4+ years of technical team leadership experience; compensation is $105,000 to $195,000 annually.
