Description
The Engineering Manager will lead and develop senior engineers across Bratislava and Amsterdam, own delivery and team performance for the Back-office engineering teams, collaborate with product and client teams, establish engineering metrics, and embed AI tooling into software development. The role requires experience managing multiple software engineering teams, enterprise SaaS and complex platform delivery, and developing engineers, with a preference for financial-services background. It is a people-first leadership role reporting to the OLP Engineering Director.
