The role combines technical leadership in Java, batch processing, microservices, secure software, and production troubleshooting with people management, hiring, onboarding, and team development. Candidates need at least three years of engineering management or team leadership experience, seven years of hands-on software development experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, and strong Java, Spring, SQL, and testing expertise.
