Description
The Engineering Manager will oversee maintenance, utility, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building management, life safety, and contractor operations for the Omni Parker House Hotel. The role manages work requests and preventive maintenance, capital projects, permits, vendor schedules, payroll, staffing, safety, compliance, and engineering records, while recruiting, training, coaching, and evaluating engineering associates. It requires at least five years of hospitality engineering experience or similar experience, relevant certifications, and strong leadership and communication skills.
