Oodrive is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead approximately fifteen engineers across Back and Front teams working on its collaborative Work and Meet platform. The role manages delivery, engineering practices, technical excellence, architecture, mentoring, recruitment, and career development while making technical decisions across Java, Spring Boot, microservices, databases, messaging, Kubernetes, and CI/CD. The position is based in Paris with two days of remote work per week and includes health insurance, paid leave, mobility support, and other benefits.
