Ortho2 is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead and grow a ~10-person software development team, including developers, senior engineers, and a UI/UX professional. The role is hands-on, involving architecture discussions, code reviews, occasional deployments, hiring, performance management, and coaching. The manager will work across legacy .NET Framework, WPF, and WCF systems and modern .NET microservices, React, SvelteKit, and Kubernetes on Azure, while championing modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development.
