Description

Ovative Group is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional product and engineering development team. This role involves overseeing the creation, optimization, and maintenance of scalable software and data solutions, focusing on enhancing performance, stability, and scalability. The manager will guide the team through the entire software development lifecycle, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor junior team members. A strong emphasis is placed on iterative development, leveraging AI-assisted tools, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

Experience with marketing APIs and/or automating data pulls from marketing platforms.
Experience in client or stakeholder-facing, consultative roles.
Familiarity with modern web APIs and full stack frameworks.
Experience influencing budget and investment decisions for engineering organizations.
