PayMitto is hiring a full-stack Engineering Manager to lead a product team responsible for C#/.NET services, Postgres schemas, React and Next.js experiences, and cross-functional product delivery. The role is 50% hands-on technical leadership and 50% people and process management, with an Atlanta-area hybrid arrangement and a remote arrangement for eligible states outside Atlanta. Candidates need at least seven years of software engineering experience, including hands-on coding and architectural design, plus two years managing distributed software engineering teams.
