Description
Pepperstone is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead multiple cross-functional engineering teams responsible for the development, performance, reliability, and operation of its core trading platform, including the Order Management System, trading integrations, and platform services. The role owns platform performance, stability, delivery, architecture, scaling, build-and-run operations, engineering practices, talent development, and incident leadership, while partnering with Product, SRE, Cloud, Security, Data, and Commercial teams. It requires 10+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 5 years in an Engineering Manager or equivalent leadership role, along with expertise in distributed systems, low-latency trading systems, Java/Kotlin/Go, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD. The position offers flexible hybrid working and can be performed from the office or from home.
