PEXA is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead multiple engineering squads supporting its property lodgement and financial settlement services. The role focuses on coaching engineers, translating business priorities into engineering plans, managing delivery risks and dependencies, improving system health and technical debt, and advancing technology modernisation while maintaining the reliability of business-critical services. The position requires experience leading engineers across multiple squads, strong delivery ownership, a technical background in software engineering, cloud or distributed systems, reliability and operational support, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
