Plaid is hiring a Staff Software Engineering Manager to lead a team of seven engineers building financial data products for Transactions, Investments, and Liabilities. The role combines engineering management with technical design, product judgment, roadmap planning, customer and go-to-market collaboration, and delivery of reliable, scalable backend systems and APIs. Candidates need at least eight years of software engineering experience, including Staff-level experience, plus one year of engineering management experience.
