Portless is seeking an experienced and data-driven Engineering Manager to oversee day-to-day engineering operations and optimize their global delivery engine. The successful candidate will manage a globally distributed team of approximately 10 engineers, focusing on execution, people management, and achieving elite delivery metrics. Responsibilities include driving global engineering delivery, balancing planned versus reactive work, owning incident management, architecting asynchronous workflows, optimizing delivery metrics like DORA, championing AI-augmented engineering, and leading global people management.
