Pythia Sports is hiring a full-time Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, testers, and infrastructure specialists in its London headquarters. Reporting to the CTO, the role focuses on team performance, technical direction, platform scalability, resilience, testing, observability, documentation, delivery, and responsible experimentation with AI-enabled engineering tools. The position requires significant betting or gaming industry experience, strong Java Spring and Kafka expertise, cloud-native development experience, and knowledge of databases, APIs, version control, Agile, and stakeholder collaboration.
