Description
Radar is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a globally distributed Site Reliability Engineering team responsible for production infrastructure, observability, incident management, automation, reliability, security, and customer-facing infrastructure initiatives. The role manages a team, owns a roadmap for scalable and highly available services, works with Terraform, AWS EKS, Kubernetes, MongoDB, and other production systems, and participates in on-call rotation. Candidates should have experience managing production AWS infrastructure, high-availability multi-region infrastructure, large sharded MongoDB clusters, and high-growth startups.
