Radar is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a globally distributed Platform team responsible for building and operating Radar’s infrastructure, developer platform, and data systems. The role provides technical leadership across backend, frontend, and mobile stacks; supports highly available, scalable services; develops internal development and automation capabilities; enables self-serve platform features; and contributes to security, compliance, observability, and customer success. The position requires strong coding, system design, and infrastructure experience, familiarity with high-growth startup environments, and interest in customer-facing work.
