PacSci EMC is hiring an Engineering Manager in Chandler, Arizona to lead the Sustaining Design Engineering and Engineering Services teams. The role oversees production support, design sustainment, configuration management, root-cause investigation, continuous improvement, project execution, team development, budget management, and customer and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical discipline, at least three years of technical team leadership experience, and seven or more years of mechanical or ordnance design engineering expertise, with aerospace or defense manufacturing experience preferred. The position requires U.S. Person status and offers a salary range of 101,500.00 to 188,500.00 in local currency.
