Description
Range is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead and grow a team of 4–8 full-stack engineers while remaining hands-on with production code, architecture, delivery, quality, and engineering excellence. The role partners with product, design, financial planning, investment, tax, and compliance teams and requires at least five years of full-stack software engineering experience, including one to two years leading a team. The position is based at Range’s headquarters in McLean, Virginia, with employees working in the office Monday through Friday.
