Description
RCM is seeking a permanent Engineering Manager to lead a client’s engineering team while actively designing and developing custom automated machinery and manufacturing systems. The role manages engineering activities, mentors engineers, creates and reviews SolidWorks models and drawings, develops electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic motion systems, performs calculations and structural analysis, supports project quoting, and coordinates with customers, manufacturing, assembly, controls, vendors, and customers. Candidates need at least five years of machine design, automation, capital equipment, or custom machinery engineering experience, leadership experience, advanced SolidWorks proficiency, and a BS in mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
