Redcare Pharmacy is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead multiple cross-functional engineering teams responsible for customer-facing products and internal platforms. The role involves hiring, coaching, and developing engineers; setting engineering priorities; partnering with Product and business stakeholders; managing risks and delivery commitments; providing technical direction; and using data to improve reliability, cost efficiency, team effectiveness, and customer impact. The position requires experience leading engineering teams in a product-oriented environment, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with cloud-native architectures, modern software engineering practices, and agile product development.
