Description
Red Ventures is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a small 2–4 person engineering team while remaining hands-on in a TypeScript-based, AI-forward environment. The role owns delivery, people development, team health, incident response, quality, and cross-functional alignment, with hybrid work preferred in New York or Charlotte and remote work available for East Coast candidates. The position requires people-management experience, technical leadership, delivery and cloud skills, and familiarity with observability and incident-response tooling. Total cash compensation is $160,000–$210,000 per year, with equity and benefits.
