Description
The Engineering Manager will own delivery and daily execution for a team of 5–8 engineers, manage hiring, development, performance, and career growth, improve engineering processes, coordinate with product, design, business, and other engineering leadership, and integrate AI-assisted development into the team’s workflow. The role requires experience leading engineering teams on consumer-facing products, a record of developing engineers, hands-on technical credibility, and the ability to evaluate trade-offs and coach engineers. Compensation is $130,000–$210,000 per year, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
