Red Ventures is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a small 2–4 person engineering team in a remote or hybrid role, with hybrid work centered on New York, New York or Charlotte, North Carolina. The role combines people leadership, sprint delivery, performance management, team health, incident response, and hands-on contribution to a modern TypeScript codebase, while partnering with Product, Design, and other engineering teams. Candidates should have experience leading or preparing to formalize into people management, strong technical and delivery skills, cloud and CI/CD knowledge, and familiarity with AI coding tools. Total cash compensation is $160,000–$210,000 per year, with equity and benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
