Redwood is hiring an Engineering Manager, Products & Platforms to lead a software engineering team and drive technical strategy for its Workload Automation Platform. The role combines people leadership, technical architecture, delivery management, and AI/ML innovation across Java/Spring Boot microservices, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, APIs, and enterprise file-transfer protocols. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years of software engineering experience, and at least 2 years of direct people management experience.
