Description
Roblox is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the next generation of AI-powered observability platforms and intelligent developer infrastructure. The role partners with infrastructure, product engineering, and AI platform teams to define strategy, build and grow engineering teams, improve developer productivity, platform reliability, and operational excellence, and advance AI-driven CI/CD, testing, and DevOps experiences. The position is based at Roblox headquarters in San Mateo, California, with onsite work Tuesday through Thursday and optional presence Monday and Friday.
