Rocket Lab is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead engineers delivering projects across production tooling, ground support equipment, and test and launch infrastructure. The role serves as a technical decision maker in design for manufacturing, testing, quality control, risk assessment, and productivity; manages capital projects across multiple sites in New Zealand and the United States; and mentors, develops, and recruits engineering talent. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, at least six years of engineering design experience, and at least one year of engineering management, team management, or project management experience.
