Description
Rosterfy is hiring a hybrid, permanent Engineering Manager to lead one engineering team and directly manage its engineers. The role is hands-on, requiring regular production coding in Laravel, Next.js, and AWS, while also owning domain architecture, SLOs, incident response, technical debt, documentation, hiring, performance management, and delivery execution. The manager will collaborate with Product, Customer Success, other engineering leaders, and the Principal and Platform Engineers, while also driving AI tooling, DevEx, and shift-left QA initiatives.
