Description
Rotork is hiring an Engineering Manager in Gimpo-si, South Korea to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and manage engineering projects from concept through final manufacture. The role oversees mechanical, electronics, and software disciplines; coordinates global and regional stakeholders; manages budgets, forecasts, KPIs, risks, and project plans; leads design reviews and technical reporting; and drives quality, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a degree-level education or at least 15 years of engineering or science experience, at least 5 years of people leadership and delivery experience, strong project management and communication skills, and experience with budgetary control and business planning.
