Safe is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a team of engineers while providing technical guidance, delivery ownership, architectural direction, and strategic roadmap planning. The role focuses on building AI-driven cybersecurity products, modernizing engineering practices, solving complex distributed-systems problems, and ensuring production reliability. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, at least 8 years of software engineering experience including 2 years in engineering management, strong server-side and web-development expertise, cloud and distributed-systems experience, observability knowledge, and experience managing 4–8 person teams.
