Description
Kerry is hiring an Engineering Manager for its Wittstock (Heiligengrabe) site in Germany. The role leads the engineering department and is responsible for engineering budget control, capital planning, project identification, process optimisation, energy management, preventative maintenance, compliance, and team leadership. It is a full-time Monday-to-Friday position based on site, requiring strong process-industry engineering experience, fluency in English and German, and experience with automation, asset care, project management, food-safety, and regulatory compliance.
