Lawrence Doors, part of ASSA ABLOY, is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams and oversee product engineering, manufacturing engineering, CAD/design, continuous improvement, new product introduction, automation, equipment and tooling design, process optimization, capital projects, engineering governance, and operational excellence in a manufacturing environment. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, 8–10+ years of progressive engineering experience, prior engineering leadership, and expertise in manufacturing processes, automation, CAD, product lifecycle management, Lean/Six Sigma, capital projects, and metrics-driven decision-making. Compensation is $148,309–$209,462 with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a 401(k) contribution.
