SAVR is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead and coach cross-functional frontend, backend, and AI/ML engineering teams while contributing to technical initiatives and reliable delivery. The role partners with Product and Tech leadership, manages suppliers and integrations, oversees observability and compliance, and balances people leadership with hands-on coding. Candidates need multiple years of software engineering experience, cross-functional team leadership experience, strong communication in English or Swedish, and eligibility to work in Sweden; visa sponsorship is not offered. The position follows an office-first approach with flexibility.
