Description
SAVR is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead and coach a cross-functional team of 6–8 engineers across frontend, backend, and AI/ML. The role combines people leadership with hands-on technical contribution, including roadmap planning, technical project ownership, architecture decisions, supplier and partner coordination, system reliability, observability, compliance, and engineering practices. The position is based in Sweden, requires multiple years of software engineering experience, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
