Description
Seccl is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a product engineering squad and report to an Engineering Director. The role combines people leadership, delivery accountability, technical guidance, and engineering quality across a modern JavaScript and cloud-based technology stack. The manager will build and develop an inclusive team, coach engineers, set priorities, manage production readiness and maintainability, partner with product and engineering stakeholders, and support recruitment and onboarding. The position is hybrid, based in London, Bath, or Edinburgh, with at least one office visit per week, and offers a salary of £95,000 to £110,000 plus benefits.
