Serko is hiring an Engineering Manager in Bengaluru to lead a team of 8–10 software engineers and drive end-to-end delivery of scalable, resilient, cloud-native, distributed, and microservices-based systems. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management, including architectural decisions, AI/ML integration, code review, and mentoring. Candidates should have at least 8 years of software engineering experience, experience leading engineering teams, and expertise in distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architectures, cloud infrastructure, and Java, Python, Go, or .NET.
