Sierra Studio is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead one or more project teams, own delivery from scoping through shipping, mentor engineers, set technical direction, review code, and partner with product, design, and clients. The role is hands-on, requires experience leading projects and people, strong communication, architecture and technical decision-making, and experience with prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic patterns. It is fully remote with flexible hours and offers a salary range of 80,000 to 120,000 USD.
