The role combines people leadership, stakeholder management, technical decision-making, delivery, reliability, and the responsible use of AI tools. Candidates need at least five years of software engineering experience, including experience in machine learning, and at least four years managing engineers in an ML-focused domain. The position is remote and offers a US base salary of $200,000–$235,000, plus equity, bonus, and benefits.
