Socket is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead and grow its engineering team while scaling. The role focuses on building a culture of trust, ownership, and autonomy; partnering with engineering and go-to-market stakeholders; guiding technical discussions and architectural trade-offs; improving processes and reducing toil; balancing long-term investments with near-term execution; and maintaining high engineering quality. The manager should have experience leading engineering teams in fast-moving and remote environments, strong technical judgment, product sense, and communication skills.
