Sony Interactive Entertainment is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team within PlayStation’s Client Developer Experience (DevEx) team. The role focuses on developing and delivering developer platforms and tools, including documentation systems, intelligent search, performance tooling, and AI-powered experiences. The manager will provide technical leadership across frontend, backend, and platform systems, guide architecture and design, mentor engineers, and influence cross-team technical decisions. The position requires 7–10 years of software engineering experience, 3–5+ years managing engineering teams, strong frontend and backend fundamentals, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
