Description
Speak is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead its Platform & Infrastructure team and drive the company’s agentic engineering transformation. The role manages engineers, contributes technically, improves infrastructure, tooling, reliability, performance, and developer productivity, and collaborates with Product, Design, and other engineering functions. Candidates need at least 8 years of IC software engineering experience, 4 years of direct team management experience, a strong backend, systems, platform/infrastructure, or performance background, and the ability to work in-person in San Francisco at least 3–4 days per week.
