SSW Advanced Technologies (AAP Division) is hiring an on-site Engineering Manager in Newport, Tennessee to lead a small manufacturing engineering team and support the facility’s transformation into a broader engineered-HVAC operation. The role combines hands-on engineering leadership with manufacturing operations, process and equipment improvements, reliability initiatives, project management, and team development. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, or related engineering, progressive manufacturing engineering experience, and experience leading engineers, technicians, or technical project teams. The position offers a $130,000–$150,000 base salary.
