Description
Privy is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead its Forward Deployed Engineering team as it grows. The role owns team outcomes and business impact, coaches engineers, manages quality, throughput, and performance, helps prioritize high-value work, partners with Product, Solutions Engineering, and GTM, reviews technical work, and strengthens the feedback loop between customer signal and the product roadmap. The manager should have strong ownership, people-management experience growing high-performing engineers, technical judgment, customer empathy, emotional maturity, and experience in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment.
