Superior Thread Rolling Co. is hiring a full-time Engineering Manager to oversee planning and cost estimating for manufacture-complete aerospace parts. The role manages manufacturing job routers, quotes, BOMs, change requests, pricing negotiations, machining methods, work instructions, customer design issues, and continuous improvement while supporting CNC setup, supply-chain vendors, and manufacturing operations. Candidates need at least five years of combined engineering, planning, machining, quality engineering, or inspection experience in an aerospace machine shop or similar environment, along with CAD, GD&T, AS9100, and manufacturing-process knowledge.
